How care works here

Psychologists help people understand and change the patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviour that affect their lives, using structured, evidence-based approaches.

Mental and physical health rarely stay in separate lanes. Within one multidisciplinary team, psychology can work alongside physiotherapy, exercise physiology and occupational medicine, which matters particularly for pain, injury recovery and workplace psychological injury, where coordinated care supports recovery and a sustainable return to work.

Who we work with

We support individuals and families, and work with GPs, employers, insurers, rehabilitation providers, NDIS participants and return-to-work clients.
