What our exercise physiology service covers

  • Individualised exercise programs
  • Rehabilitation programs after injury or illness
  • Building strength, capacity and function
  • Exercise for long-term health

How care works here

Exercise physiologists use clinical exercise as treatment: programs designed around your condition, capacity and goals, then progressed as you improve.

Exercise physiology sits naturally beside the rest of the team. It extends physiotherapy rehabilitation into structured conditioning, supports return-to-work programs coordinated with occupational medicine, and pairs with dietetics when the goal is long-term health.

Onsite facilities

Full onsite gym-based assessments and rehabilitation services are available, so programs run in a properly equipped space rather than on paper.

Who we work with

We support individuals and families, and work with GPs, employers, insurers, rehabilitation providers, NDIS participants and return-to-work clients.
