Accessibility statement.

Adelaide Health Group wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who rely on assistive technology. We are committed to meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we do

  • Text and interface colours are chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast requirements.
  • The whole site can be navigated with a keyboard, and interactive controls have visible focus states.
  • Images that carry meaning have descriptive alternative text.
  • Headings, landmarks and labels are structured so screen readers can navigate each page.
  • Animations are minimal and are switched off for visitors who prefer reduced motion.
  • The site works at small screen sizes and when text is enlarged.
